
Hello world! I had a rest day on Monday, which was necessary to put out the crotch fire. There is nothing quite like a burning in your loins.
I put a TON of Gold Bond on my phat thighs yesterday and ran a mile on the treadmill at the gym. I was sweating like a pedophile in a school zone, but I made it! Then I did some arm workouts. I was worried the gym would be packed because of the New Year’s folks trying to commit to their resolutions. Fortunately, that is not the case this year.
My weight is beginning to come down, finally. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow as a follow up to my physical earlier this year. My A1C was high, so he’s monitoring my blood work. However, his nurse did not call to get a followup blood draw, so who knows what we’re gonna talk about. He is gonna comment on my weight since I had vowed last time to get below 200, but that ended up not happening. He’ll probably walk in and be like “fat fat FAT!”
Therapist says I shouldn’t dwell on my body image. He says as long as I’m happy and active, the body will come. I would rather it just be here already. Maybe surgeon could solve that – HAHA! But really, I am striving to be more active and healthy, so I’ll just tell doctor that I’m trying.
